Talked to Jeannie, my first love, on the phone too.Reminded her b'day coming up(hello readers! 9 -ahem- April!) and she said it's marked down on my claendar real big. Melted.I was telling her abt how weird i feel abt new adjustments, changes and stuff.Will never find anyone like her.She was so great to talk to and it's like we hardly felt awkward with silences and stuff.In fact our silences just were filled with a kind of easy comfort.We never had to make small talk and bs.

Another first day for me. *groan* still breaking into my new shoes and am praying for NO blisters.What happened today?Daniel is in my OG AGAIN.Hung out mostly with ex-PL lites.Got wet during the stupid water-bomb dog and bone game.Tried to do the mass dances but gave up.Ate alot.
Oh yah..got lonely about 800-1240..thought alot about going back to AJ.Am i mad?Missed Gayleee and Georgie the most!Georgie HAD to sent this msg: We miss you, come back Elaine. WAAAaAAAAAH!!! SO heartstrings tugging ok!But then things started to turn out better after the break( eating food made me happier), i talked to the 2nd intake ppl cos the 1st intake ppl were just hanging out with each other and we were all looking like lost sheep.Played some games that were not that lame which made me laugh.

After school, i went with Holy to Suntec. It is so funny how we never really saw each other for 3 months then we just buddied again.(Really looking forward to touring Europe with you Holes!!).Was having fun with her.Ate tiramisu and a sausage bun, she ate donut(told you she was FULL of holes!!) and tiramisu.Was like airing our feet on a bench outside Carrefour and eating and talking abt stuff.AND THEN, the stupid bench almost toppled over cos i was abit too enthu already.HAHAHA! Gave the SENILE ONE the shock of her life..she was hyperventilating over the railing.HAHA!!I told her abt my *ahem* Sentosa experience which the girls in 32/04 will know and she laughed so badly.And kept reminding me abt it while we were doing some retail therapy.On NEL, we were squashed up against someone who obviously likes fish ALOT or is a FISHMONGER!!We were turning this way and that to avoid smelling the stinkiness..cracked up alot.GOing to buy the Vj uni tmr!CAn't wait, maybe i'll feel more vjcian aft that.

went to the LOTR exhibition at SCi Centre.Abit waste money..paid $16(dad's $$).But we got to look at some cool stuff.Very authentic too.Got dents on the swords from fighting the orcs(that's rachel ng) and uruk-hais(that's ppl like yimei, duchie, thongie,georgie,rachael joh ..etc).WOW!but didnt get to see gollum(which happened to be my sis..what the hell am i saying..see Gollum everyday lor).

I WATCHED DIRTY DANCING 2:HAVANA NIGHTS AGAIN!!!

Thanks em` a million billion thrillion zillion times for bearing with my squealing and sighing..heheh.Oh, I made a fan out of her..that's like the 675338912th person that like Dirty Dancing cos of my excellent recommendation.Diego Luna is still such a cheeky bugger...the way he dances is damn charismatic..i like...hahahahahah.I am a crazy girl.
After the movie, hung out with Emily for a while then we went our separate ways. I went to Swensens with Eric and we just shopped around..trying to guess the waistlines of girls (: and talking and gossipping abit(wish i'll stop that!).Bought Wuthering Heights from Kino.
OOOO!! I finally finished the extremely unreadable Portrait Of A Lady by Henry James.I am real pleased.I feel educated.So now, I'm gonna start on Wuthering Heights and be a better lit student out of it.I just love the feel of classics and i really think that we shld all try to read such books out of lit class.It cultivates your aesthetic and literary senses.On the other hand, I like contemporary books very much too..they are easier to relate to and are less tough to read.Oh well, guess it's all a case about striking a good balance.

This show is a must-watch for: wannabe jurors(you will learn how to bribe lawyers!!!), ppl interested in the US law system(what you watched in Ally Mcbeal is NOT enough, besides that TV show is a bloody comedy)and kids bored with the hols...alternatively,you can read the book by John Grisham, the master of law thrillers...

back from tiresome chalet at downttown east..wooo..am tired and drowsy. We didnt do much and the bbq had so much leftovers. Our rm was a total dump man.All kinds of stuff everywhere..food, dirty clothes! Yucks..plus SOMEONE had reaaaaally bad B.O.Grossx10!
I fell asleep halfway while they were telling ghost stories..must be the effects of downing 2 bottles of Hooch and some other drink.They played x-box the whole night ok!!So irritating cos i was having a fitful sleep and had to put up with their curses and Yusin's singing and talking(he can talk non-stop man!).I was sleeping at their feet somemore cos got no space..i mean 11 ppl squashed in one smelly dirty rm?
Poor Eric couldnt make it cos his bro was sick..sigh..he would have fun PLUS he would have helped to bbq the food instead of leaving Geok, BB, Yach, Yusin, Derek, Clarence and I to bbq alone the whole night.
Oh yeah! We had an adventure with some other chalet-goers. This rm 2 doors away kept slipping notes under our door to befriend us. They even left their hp no.Talk abt being desperate!We tried to be funny by getting the guys to call and ask if they are lonely and how abt meeting under the tree and that kinda rubbish to make it like some gay romance.BUT they made their intentions clear when they asked" are there girls there? we are desperate and suave and handsome"...something to that effect!That was an absolute no-no man.I wld rather they knocked on our door and give us some food and talk to us then slipping these kinds notes.It is just so sleazy.
Actually, in fact I wld rather nothing.I wld rather play tai-ti and bridge and drink and eat the night.

2)In the car, mum was nagging my dad abt stuff in a very sajiao way. hahah..cant rmb abt what. Dad, being so irritating, turned on the radio louder and it was Rolling Stones' Angie. Talk abt apt! It is a love song!Then, my mum was pouting.hahahah

JUNIORS YOUTH SUNDAY:

WOW! this year's JYS was amazing! HAHa..amazingly funny! Anyway, i had great fun today dancing and acting. I was keeling over with Joshua's singing ("you wait little girl..."), and the way he forgets the lyrics,Jerald's cross dressing, Yimei's and Yihui's bimbo scene(how true man LOL). I was trembling on stage, not with anxiety but laughter. I was just shaking..wahahahahahah.And yeah, I guess it was a success.Ng was beaming at the end of it(hey girl, everything was cool huh??*BIG SMILE*)ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD!YEAH!
The congregation was very supportive, laughing at the funny parts(EG.Jerald's girlie turn in PL uniform..you go girl!!!) and the not-suppose-to-be-funny-but-inevitably-funny parts(EG.Josh's singing..hahahahah!!major crack-up!) and wolf-whistling at the couple scene.
Oh during our final rehearsal, Gerald trampled on the poor sunflower and i was cackling wildly at it. Anyway, the rose and the sunflower are with me as mementos of JYS.And the other Jerald...man! HE couldn't get out of his role aft the show ended, he was still doing the limp-wristed thingie and sa jiao-ing.GOOSEBUMPS!!! Yiwen has a great voice btw..she did a lovely solo.So did Ng.
After the show, Yimei and I were dirty-dancing..i mean attempting to do so.I was teaching her how to do one of the Mambo no.5's dance routine.Then, the pesky duo, Louis and Calvin were all " les in action!"They're so disgusto and have weird concepts can! Aft commiserating, me and yimei attacked Calvin!! She held him down while i bit him..hahahahahah.Shucks, what if i get rabies??Wait, i already have it!
yimei told me abt her class's musicathon too.SOunds so groovy..must moot the idea to my PL teachers in future.
Then i attempted to do the spastic "test your motor skills" prank on Josh.HAhah!! Yep, the exact same one that we tried on Duchie and embarrased him in the canteen!!But, Calvin laughed out loud just as we were gonna run away and Josh was like zhen xiang da bai! ARghhhhhHHH!!

It's official.
This is my last day as an AJ student unless shit happens.
Everywhere I looked,people were having last day blues.And many of them werent doing it the conventional way.There were guys throwing eggs at each other and wanting to fight.So beng man.Then there were some nutcases who pried this guy's legs apart and rammed him against the walls. Apparently to thongie and yijun, it wasnt painful. But OUCH anyway!
So poignant as we ran out of school. I was hugging people left right back frotn centre.And these are people i've only known for ...what 3 months?It's so many things that have accumulated to this nose-tingling, heartstring tugging, mind spinning ache.O.M.G.It's the times we sat together for recess and lunch, for the times we tekkaned each other, for the heart-to-heart talks with georgie poo, gayleeee, reena...
Right now, i'm not in a reasonable state of mind. I am tired of time.Time fades things.3 months from now, things will become nostalgic.i hate that word.All i have for remembrance is a belt with scribbled notes,photos,a badge,letters, some rose petals and...memories.memories are nothing like the real thing.The colours are always overly bright or incredibly dull.The faces are always always blurred.

lazy day:
skipped CL AO and went to the students' lounge. Noone there except for us and we bounced on the furnitures like trampolines and slid on the floor to do saturday night fever.Then gayleee decided to rearrange the furnitures so were shifting them all about like some maniacal inspired interior designers. BUT some idiots came in and we were more subdued.
LIKE REAL.
The 3 of us bounced around somemore and me and gaylee did this twosome in front of the curvy mirrors.It was quite weird with us dancing bollywood style.
I'm telling you JC is turning my mind inside-out. I mean i've always walked on the edge of insanity but this time around i'm finding all sort of small outlets to vent my inner spasticity.For example, I'm really into poles..like flag poles,all sorts even pipes. I just latched myself onto them and laugh myself silly.

I dont need a cousellor or a psychiatrist.I just need a place to scream my lungs out and run free.

this post is to rectify what i said abt Gerald. Think that i was a teensy bit tactless. In case anyone got the idea ( esp Em) that i was trying to imply that he was brain dead..he's NOT! And I'm not laughing at his misfortune or anything..just wanted a fresh new perspective on what happened on Sunday. I mean it would have been DEAD boring if i typed something like

" Gerald was alright even though he made a few mistakes but then again everyone does.."

Very politically correct but you know *yawn*.So i typed a perhaps more critical blog.Will try in future to be more tactful.

I WATCHED DIRTY DANCING 2 YESTERDAY.

And it was darn sweeeeeeet.

I shared the soundtrack with my friends, with me paying the most so as to get my hands on the delish pics and CD cover permanantly.Siiiigh i love the dances..very sensual. The show is essentially abt the freedom to express yourself. Ok, so the plot was a bit tired and overused. BUt it totally brought out the romance of the '50s and yeah..the dancing. I can't stop thinking abt how i almost lost my head when the guy started to dance on the streets of Cuba with all those old but young at heart ladies.Everyone looked so alive and kickin'..YAh KICKIN'!!

The couple in the show was incredible. Their characters were so so likeable and their dancing was good. They made a mediocre story stand out.I bet if Ng had such a good cast, she would be delirious.So, here's to Ng for a great stable of actors and actresses when you direct in future!!( and pls dont say that Fann Wong would be enough..open your eyes and EMBRACE other actors too!)

Oh dear..didnt really listen to the sermon today as i was reading the Methodist Message which is extremely interesting.For one, I got a better grasp on miracles and signs..the SIGN of signs is the crucifixion of Christ.Thus, we shld not be swayed by other so-called miracles done by so-called evangelists.Moreover, the miracles performed by our Lord were
1)To heal
2)To exorcise evil
3)To resurrect loved ones
All were purely altruistic and were the signs of a loving God.So we must absolutely NOT be lured by the side of the wealth and health doctrine that isnt based on the scripture.

In other words, i'm gonna talk to everyone in my class and know them a teeny-weeny bit better. I'm gonna listen in class instead of stone. I'm NOT going to complain (which i hardly ever..believe me..so gonna try to keep this perfect track record). OH and most importantly, i am going to try help instigate my classmates to NOT piss off Tham anymore and to not give him anymore trouble. Truly, he is such a sweet teacher and we are such rebels and he gets all this crap from other teachers.

THE SENTOSA TRIP yesterday was pretty groovy. We sat around like lazy beach bums and tanned and swam(I didnt.had my bloody M). ANd jammed to some music. HAhahaha..I think i have the nicest tan of all. Yach, Gayle, Reena and Kang Li burnt. Hwei yun was pretty much black in the first place..no basis for comparison(hahaha...sorry babe)And the guys? HAIYA..not worth checking out....hahahaah!!!

Ok aft that? I was like suffering from heatstroke, kept laughing at the slightest thing.Went to Boat Quay's Coffee Beanfor dinner.YUm-Yum.And was burping before i even dug in. Then my classmates decided to comment on it..come on man! IT's totally a PL thing..that's why you dont get it!I bet NG wld agree with me and then me and Ng wld show them a thing or 2 abt the PL kick..yeah!! Anyway, I digressed.Oh Reena was so stupid yesterday! She kept going to the wrong turnstiles in the MRT and zapping her EZ-link card.Then we were like trying to direct her back to the correct ones but her brain cells were too fried!She gave that piggy-eyed look..hahhaahhaha

went back to PL to monitor the debate prep. they dont suck as bad as i thought.there's this thing abt the new coach though--she loves to give clarifications..esp limit to european and US cos the motions are darn US-centric and dont talk abt misusage of euthanasia..LIKE WHAT THE HELL???And i felt so bad trying to argue my way out with her 'cos she's so persistent and i was kinda out of touch with debate already. tan and lolly came back too aft the entie prep is over..haha..suckers. So i'll be going to VJ with them i guess? taking lolly's car everyday. and i have more or less decided to take dance cos i'm a booty-shaker!! yeah right. Cos i wanna have a physical cca and i cant take hockey in freaking elitist VJ.

i AM in a bad mood today.Cos only a handful of ppl will be turning out for the outing to sentosa tmr and i wont get the chance to boast abt having a blast on tmr's blog and cos i may just be alone in big bad VJ cos georgie says she isnt gonna appeal further and thongie is considering NJ.And dear old rachael(not rachel NG) is going to RJ.OH MAN... ...
