it feels so good to run :) the last time i ran was a wk before a levels with shiwei at east coast. and the last proper physical activity i did (not counting camp) was soccer at botanic. pang sehed nat and his army friends for their street soccer match the other time :P

so today was just perfect. i'm glad i still have a wee bit of pace...i wanted to wave my hands in the air while i ran..that's how happy i am. i miss running so much. i ran past melissa's house and there seemed to be no one in. then i ran past the cemetry. GOSH, how many times have i done that previously? i actually said "hi cemetery" to it..but softly. and of cos, i almost got lost in Glasgow again.

even tho, i slept pretty alright and woke up in a nice mood today, i still felt the running and the exercises helped me to clear my head after last night. not that i was terrified, or clammed up or whatever but just a nice feeling to shake things off for some pushing of my body. my body's a temple after all and i will lavish care on it :)

say hi to the future...it'll look good.

10 idiosyncracies/quirks:
1. i like to squeeze my dog and bite him
2. (since paul put smthg abt legs..so will i) i like to stretch my legs out on the wall next to my bed and feel the blood rush from my feet to my head
3. i can poop almost anywhere and time, except for really dirty places
4. i actually quite like to wash dishes and mop the floor
5. i play with my ears alot, esp where my holes are..not the earhole per se stupid (that, my friend, is called digging)..but the man made holes where my earrings are
6. i like filing stuff and recording things for other ppl. in fact, when i was in pri6, i was paid in candies and little things by my friends who made me their personal secretary. sadly, i hate to do admin work for myself. try to take a look at my A level files!
7. i'll take a second look at girls in high waisted pants and formal shirt.. jeannie thinks that if i'm a man, i'll have a uniform fetish. hahaha.
8. i flip my eyelids whenever i try to roll my eyes, according to nat and jeannie
9. i like holden (the freak according to some unenlightened guys) from The Good Girl. he has nice eyelashes!
10. i can count from 1 to 100 in cantonese..ahha! chanchan too i think :D

so now, 5 ppl who can do this list..well isnt this hard.. i dont even know who reads my blog now. i'll look at the tagboard. ok, so anonymous(sara right?), rachel wong, josh, adel and rasco do the list.
