a gasoline rainbowMany 'accidentals' to be thankful for. Cutting work hours to a ridiculous..er.. 15 hrs for 2 weeks? Kind of an impulsive over the weekend gesture but I want to have a proper holiday before school starts. + a million other heartwarming events which I can't put into words but it does feel like the worst has passed.
In a nutshell:
x We are Just Ordinary People
x I have a wonderful colleague, Yvonne, who has taught me so much that school can't teach
x Crosby looks cuter every day (Sara asks, are we still commenting on him randomly?)
x Saved $ like a senile old woman hoarder and am enjoying (or rather Ow will be enjoying) the fruits of it come Thurs and Fri. Lucky birthday boy.
x Gave dad a pretty kickass birthday present I must say even after losing the receipt for exchange
x Had the cutest message from mom: thks 4 help me a lot! love u! ur happy mom (DAMN CUTE la)
x Scones and bagels for tea like 3 or 4 days a week
x He is a Known God :)
x I'm so glad we've decided to do this.
Hmm so I'm passing on the luuurrrvve. Found this while scrolling through my pictures on my lappy. Please stare at him for 10 secs to get your dose of happiness today.

And no, I'm not talking about the soul brutha at the back.
Weeds... is so funny and I love how I get the inside jokes. Agrestic is a cute little gated suburban that puts the urbia in Disturbia. Nancy Botwin is a screwed up dealer with a very WASP household, and I can't help but root for her even though she is quite the skanky MILF. Shane and Silas Botwin are cute white kids in need of a good smack from their mom. Peter is plain scary. I don't like him. I like Judah even though he's dead. It's obvious Nancy still loves him deeply. U-Turn is the funniest thing on the show and his drive-by on Mexican turf is memorable. Andy and the Iraq War training was a weird plot diversion but nevertheless enjoyed the crazy consipracy theory and sergeant.
Who else watches the show, give a holla and see if you agree with me.
